Apple could be preparing to release new products including a new iMac as early as the second half of this year, according to Bloomberg’s columnist Mark Gurman.
There is speculation that two new iMac models are currently in “a late stage,” and approaching manufacturing tests.
"Apple Inc.’s next iMac desktop is at an advanced stage of development called engineering validation testing, or EVT, and the company is conducting production tests of the machine,” says Gurman.
The upcoming release of the new iMac gives developers the opportunity to start planning or updating applications to take full advantage of the latest macOS capabilities.
