Galaxy AI
At the heart of Samsung's new mobile experience is Galaxy AI, seamlessly embedded in every Galaxy S24 model.
This AI model, in collaboration with Google's Gemini, brings a suite of generative capabilities, encompassing language detection, translation and image manipulation.
Some of its noteworthy features include Circle to Search with Google, enabling users to perform image-based searches by tapping or circling an object on the screen overlay.
Meanwhile, Live Translate facilitates real-time translations during phone calls, ensuring a seamless multilingual communication experience.
Transcript Assist empowers Galaxy AI to transcribe, translate and summarize voice memos and text within the Samsung Notes app, providing users with customizable presentation options.
Generative Edit, similar to Google's Magic Editor, allows users to modify images effortlessly by long-pressing or circling subjects, offering options like moving, resizing or removing elements from the background.
Additionally, Chat Assist lends a helping hand by suggesting alternative message phrasings in various tonalities, accommodating users' preferences.
Samsung emphasizes that nearly all Galaxy AI features, excluding those specific to camera hardware, will be available across all three S24 models, ensuring a comprehensive and streamlined AI experience.

The Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus, the successors of Samsung's main smartphone lineup, present a sleek design with a nod to innovation.
Thinner and lighter than the S23 models, the phones boast flat-edged designs reminiscent of popular alternatives.
Available in Violet, Yellow, Gray, and Black, the models offer up to 512GB of storage and 12GB of RAM.
The variable refresh rate displays of the S24 and S24 Plus adapt to tasks, adjusting smoothness based on the content viewed, with brightness reaching an impressive 2,600 nits.
Enhanced by larger batteries – 4,000mAh and 4,900mAh – and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the phones promise improved graphics performance and AI computing.

Meanwhile, the flagship Galaxy S24 Ultra introduces premium upgrades, featuring a titanium frame, Corning Gorilla Glass Armor display and a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with LTPO technology.
Boasting a screen-to-body ratio improvement, the Ultra offers a refined visual and writing experience.
The camera system, comprising a 200MP main lens and a 50MP telephoto with 5X optical zoom, sets a new standard for photography.
An enhanced cooling system, with a vapor chamber over 93% larger than its predecessor, caters to gamers leveraging the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
Priced at $1,299, the Galaxy S24 Ultra reflects a $100 increase from the previous year, encompassing 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM.
