Fiverr just launched a new campaign with renowned author, entrepreneur, and now Fiverr brand ambassador, Martha Stewart.
The latest initiative is marked by a comedic spot starring Stewart taking on the role of an underutilized intern to highlight the idea that the best talents remain a click away on the freelancer platform.
Beyond this idea, the advert also highlights the skills rapidly growing on Fiverr, such as AI services which have seen as much as 6,000% growth, according to the company's Business Trends Index.
"At Fiverr, we celebrate ‘the doers’ — those who are actively shaping their careers and businesses, and Martha Stewart is a perfect example of this spirit," Fiverr CMO Matti Yahav told DesignRush.
"With her broad consumer appeal and keen business acumen, Martha Stewart represents both inspiration and aspiration and we looked to capture these qualities in a fun way that speaks to individuals and businesses but also showcases her sense of humor," he added.
Meanwhile, Stewart expressed that the experience working with Fiverr allowed her to share a different side of her business acumen.
The domestic lifestyle innovator added that her businesses have always used freelancers for projects that range from cookbooks to TV programs, and she appreciates Fiverr for making it easier for business owners like her to find talented and skilled individuals.

Fiverr's latest marketing initiative with Stewart follows the 2024 Summer Product Launch, where the entrepreneur served as a "Limited Edition Pro freelancer," showcasing her skills in the company's profession-based catalog.
As part of the initiative, three lucky Fiverr users will be entitled to 30-minute business consultations with Stewart by the end of August.
Additionally, they will also be gifted with $1,000 in Fiverr credits to help with their business needs.
"In today’s world of multifaceted businesses and complex projects, we’re seeing that many teams, including Martha’s, are making smart and efficient choices to find new skills outside of their business through leveraging freelancers. At Fiverr, we understand the breadth of business needs and have the diverse, skilled freelancers to meet any of them," Yahav shared.
This new effort from Fiverr is a solid example of celebrity and influencer marketing.
By collaborating with a renowned figure in the world of business, such as Stewart, the brand is able to harp on her huge following and catch the attention of fellow business owners in need of freelance talent.
Stewart as the Wise Intern
The 40-second spot kickstarts with two co-workers conversing in the office, with one expressing how they can just have someone from Fiverr take on a specific task.
Stewart the intern comes up to them with coffee.
Noticing that the two are using Fiverr, the renowned entrepreneur asks them if they're working on anything big, like a marketing campaign or product launch.
One of them responds, saying they're in search of talent to create a new towel design for the "summer swag."
"Are we sure we're making the best use of our talent?" Stewart asks.
However, the two don't take Stewart's question seriously and ask her to fetch oat milk.
The popular entrepreneur drives the point home by saying that the right talents can sometimes be "right under your nose," as the two try to remember her name, closing the spot.
Previously, Fiverr launched a lighthearted Olympics campaign that plays on the different Paris cities in the U.S.
