Educational platform The Learning Experience (TLE) witnessed a significant surge in conversion rates following the revamp web design agency Web Loft Designs had done to its website.

When comparing year-over-year performance for 2024, TLE saw the following results:

  • 32.23% Increase in traffic
  • 314.3% increase in conversions (Schedule a tour)
  • 42.37% increase in phone calls

After Web Loft Designs streamlined the user journey, the revamp improved the number of form submissions made on the platform, driving higher engagement.

The reworked site also paved the way for TLE to create stronger emotional connections with its visitors, as it properly and effectively communicated its mission and brand identity.

On top of these, TLE was able to attract more qualified job applicants, addressing both internal and external staffing needs.

Overall, TLE’s new and improved website was able to convey its unique selling points effectively, leading to an increase in inquiries from parents in need of trustworthy early childhood education services.

Web Loft Designs faced several issues in refreshing TLE’s website.

The web design agency knew it had to place TLE’s unique brand identity front and center to position the service as more than just a daycare, setting it apart from the competition.

Additionally, TLE faced several staffing concerns that directly impacted parent satisfaction and client recruitment.

To address these issues, Web Loft Designs enhanced user journeys and utilized engaging content and visuals that put TLE’s mission and values on display, emphasizing the company’s identity as a “growth-focused” preschool.

The agency also created dedicated sections for job seekers, spotlighting specific teaching and childcare opportunities, as well as career benefits.

In the end, the website was able to successfully showcase TLE's key strengths, resulting in more inquiries from parents looking for childcare with education and supporting the business' overall growth.

Many online businesses take UX design for granted, believing that their products and services will speak for themselves.

However, this is far from true. It shapes a user’s experience on the website and significantly impacts conversion.

Businesses not only need to ensure that people won’t be turned off when they visit their website but also guarantee a streamlined and engaging experience.
