In the three years since the initial launch, the platform achieved an impressive 85% adoption rate among vendors, while 90% of NLB Lease&Go’s leasing contracts with individuals are now completed entirely through the app.
The results also contributed to NLB Lease&Go's platform achieving an 85% market adoption rate in that same timeframe.

Intuitive UX and Streamlined Features for Efficiency
One area of improvement was the product’s vintage Excel spreadsheet-like look. NLB Lease&Go wanted to replace it with a more comfortable, uncluttered, and high-performing layout.
Although this is a back-office product, Infinum knew that simple and intuitive UX goes a long way, and designed a user-friendly interface to meet the needs of leasing vendors.
To further streamline the leasing application process, the agency integrated an OCR scanner that converts typed and printed documents (like ID cards) into computer-encoded data.
In addition, since leasing pre-contracts require approval, the app’s dashboard allows the users to view the status of each application.
Once a request is approved, customers can sign the contract digitally using a tablet, via email, or by providing a written signature, as the system supports all three options.
Finally, the platform provides convenient access to insurance coverage, which can be acquired at various stages of the leasing process — during the creation of an informational offer, while making an official application, or upon contract signing.
According to Momčilović, what started as a basic solution has grown into a robust platform that is now transforming the industry.

These days, the team aims to expand to new markets and introduce even better and more complex functionalities — ultimately improving the leasing process.
