Health screening giant Examinetics has seen an outstanding increase in website traffic shortly after web design agency Web Loft Designs finalized a revamp of the most popular parts of its website. 

The award-winning agency revamped Examinetics’ landing pages to improve overall user experience (UX), and results were nothing short of stellar.

The company’s new Hearing Testing and Home landing pages experienced a 249% increase in traffic, as well as a 129% increase in events.

Additionally, 146% more people filled out a “Request a Quote” form compared to its previous landing page, amplifying the company’s lead-generation strategy.  

“We were so excited to see that both traffic and conversion rates increased after our initial scope was complete, and the results have held strong throughout the year,” Web Loft Designs’ President Marina Marsh told DesignRush.

Behind Web Loft Designs’s UX Design Process 

Examinetics first approached Web Loft Designs with the goal of boosting organic traffic and lead-generation through its Hearing Testing landing page. The agency was tasked with creating a brand-new page, one that would enhance the overall UX.  

The UX design process centered around how to use Examinetics’ most visited landing page to turn visitors into conversions.

Based on a recent study, over 50% of users believe that web design is crucial to a company’s overall branding. 

For a company like Examinetics with over 50 years of service, Web Loft Designs understood that the new design had to remain consistent with what the brand had already established. 

Sticking the Landing 

As a leading occupational health solution provider, Examinetics has already amassed a large following across the U.S., catering to over 3,000 clients and having 15,000 facilities nationwide. 

For Web Loft Designs, this meant having a well-established brand to work with and build from.  

The company started its project by analyzing Examinetics’ previous landing page with the use of customer heatmaps to figure out the website’s strong suits while determining the elements that need refinement. 

Following its initial analysis, the company prioritized creating a design that not only hooks but also engages its visitors.  

“We had to test a different layout on the CTAs and wanted a more visually appealing page to deliver the message.
Creating the infographic helped us to visually represent the complex overview of Examinetics’ services but also, we were careful to only change elements that weren't performing well, while preserving those that were already converting at a good rate,” Marsh added.

The team focused on improving the page's three calls to action (CTAs) by making them more emphasized within the landing.

While redesigning these CTAs, the design team was very mindful of not changing them completely, as they were already converting. Only minor adjustments were introduced to preserve their effectiveness while enhancing their visibility.

Web Loft Designs used its heatmap reports to track user behavior and test various web design solutions before finally finding the one that resulted in the highest conversions.  

After several iterations, the agency found a solution that preserved existing result-driving elements within the landing page and enhanced the parts that call for improvement.  

For companies like Web Loft Designs, it's not just about having a well-designed website, but rather an effective one that guides the customer journey seamlessly. Creating a positive first impression is crucial, but it's the website's ability to engage visitors and lead them toward conversion that truly matters.

Websites communicate professionalism and credibility, encouraging visitors to engage, which then leads to higher conversion rates crucial to driving business growth.
