By combining Infobip's Customer Data Platform (CDP) with Neuralab's marketing automation expertise, the plugin lets merchants integrate multiple communication channels directly into WooCommerce stores.
The tool automates messaging, personalizes interactions, and optimizes checkout — helping stores improve efficiency and boost conversions with less effort from developers.
Currently, the first version of the plugin includes the following features:
- Omnichannel Communication: Agencies can integrate automated SMS, email, and live chat directly into WooCommerce. These tools enable seamless communication across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram.
- Data-Driven Personalization: The integration of Infobip's CDP ensures that agencies can create highly personalized customer experiences, driven by data insights.

The idea for this WooCommerce integration emerged from Infobip's first WooCommerce meetup, where the need for advanced, automated communication solutions for online merchants became clear.

However, it sets itself apart from competitors such as Twilio, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo by prioritizing data-driven insights over mere message sending.
