Independent creative consultancy Manifest has officially appointed Richard D. Titus as the new Non-Executive Director for its U.S. operations.

In his new role, Titus will focus on providing strategic counsel to the U.S. leadership team, with responsibilities such as leading key growth initiatives, leadership hiring, and advancing Manifest’s mergers and acquisition strategy.

Known for his expertise in business transformation and innovation, Titus brings his over 30 years of experience to Manifest, including co-founding companies such as Razorfish, Schematic (acquired by WPP), Prompt.ly, and AI data integrity firm Kimono.

Based in Los Angeles, the new non-executive director will also work closely with Manifest Partner and Director Julian Obubo to strengthen the agency's West Coast presence.

"Manifest Group’s fearless creativity and commitment to meaningful work is what drew me back to the agency world after a long hiatus. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about scaling big ideas, empowering entrepreneurs, and building transformative businesses — including Kimono, my 20th startup," Titus told DesignRush.
"Manifest embodies that same energy — their ambition, bold thinking, and drive to create movements, not just campaigns, reminds me of the early days of digital agencies. I’m excited to work alongside their talented team to shape the next chapter of their story and elevate their U.S. operations in 2025," he added.

Manifest's Year of Accomplishments

The company's latest appointment comes after a successful year for its U.S. operations.

In 2024, the consultancy recorded its third consecutive year of 40% revenue growth, doubled its Los Angeles team, and added big brands like Jellycat, Arizona Hard, Clarks, Sun Bum, and Crossfire Hurricane Rum by The Rolling Stones to its client roster.

With these achievements, Manifest is set to continue its upward trajectory in 2025, supported by Titus’ leadership.

Manifest USA Managing Partner Jessica Becker expressed her enthusiasm over the move, praising Titus' track record:

"[H]is strategic leadership and passion for innovation are unparalleled. As we prepare for an ambitious year ahead, I am confident that his insights and guidance will help propel Manifest to new heights. I’m excited to collaborate with Titus and the entire team to continue building our legacy of impactful, creative work."

A new year opens up a lot of possibilities for agencies, and it's also the time when their leadership is reinforced with new appointments. Recently, Ogilvy Brazil hailed Daniela Schmitz as its new COO to drive strategic growth.
