Creative agency Ogilvy Brazil has announced the appointment of Daniela Schmitz as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective February 2025.
With over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and advertising, Schmitz joins the agency’s executive board to enhance its strategic and operational leadership.
Throughout her career, Schmitz has earned recognition for her ability to drive innovation, streamline processes, and foster strong organizational cultures.
Her expertise in strategic planning and business management equips her to strengthen Ogilvy Brazil’s ability to deliver integrated solutions for its clients.

Her extensive experience spans operations, advertising, digital marketing, and public relations, having worked with global brands such as Unilever, McDonald’s, Burger King, Bayer, and Shell.
Schmitz's leadership is expected to further strengthen the agency's role in creating impactful campaigns and solutions for its clients in Brazil.
