Swedish retail giant IKEA is launching a virtual experience on Roblox called "The Co-Worker Game" that simulates working in one of its actual stores, and the company will be hiring real employees.
According to its press release, IKEA is looking to hire 10 individuals to work in the store.
Applications are open from June 3 to 16, with the company offering a salary of £13.15 per hour, the average pay for a London IKEA co-worker.
Only residents of the U.K. and Ireland who are 18 or older are qualified to work at this virtual storefront.

Staff will work remotely in various sections of the digital store, assisting customers in locating furniture and serving virtual food while earning exclusive in-game cosmetics.
The application process for these positions asks whimsical questions, such as "What would you do if [IKEA] ran out of pixelated hot dogs?" and "How do you feel about being turned into pixels?"
Regular players or "customers" can roam around the showrooms, redecorate, browse furniture options, earn IKEA-themed prizes, and even get some of the brand’s famous Swedish meatballs at the bistro.
