Beats by Dre just released a new spot that confirms what many fans of the electronics brand have speculated in the past few weeks — the return of the Beats Pill Portable Speaker.

The 15-second spot titled "Pill People are back" sees "Pill People" discussing amongst themselves the imminent release of the product over a countertop.

"Yo, the release date just dropped, we're coming out June 25th," one of them says.

They then argue over scheduling conflicts, with one saying that the date "doesn't work" for her, and the other disagreeing with her. As they discuss their plans for the release date, viewers get a shot of the latest iteration of the portable speaker and its three different colorways: black, red, and silver.

"We are so back," the sound company captioned in an Instagram post.

The Wait Is Almost Over

The launch date of the new Beats Pills was first speculated by the tech community last week when the company dropped a video starring NBA star LeBron James.

Set in a party, James vibes to Lil Wayne's hit track "A Milli," before turning up the volume on the new Beats Pills.

"The Predicament," the screen reads, with the date "6/25" written below, leading fans to speculate at the time of the Beats Pills' imminent drop.

The portable speakers boasting a pill-shaped design was a model discontinued in 2022 but recently picked up buzz when it was spotted in various regulatory databases.

Based on some reports the new version of the Beats Pills will include an impressive 24-hour battery life, water resistance, quick and easy pairing, as well as an integrated "Find My" feature that works on both Apple and Google networks.
