Cultural marketing agency 160over90 has announced the restructuring of its leadership, appointing executive vice presidents Jessica Sinn, Justin Zambuto, and Ryan Brown as co-leads.
The move follows the transition of long-time president Ed Horne to a new role as chief operating officer at On Location, a premium experiences, hospitality, and travel company.
160over90 parent company Endeavor recently announced an agreement for TKO Group Holdings, Inc., of which Endeavor holds a majority ownership, to acquire On Location.
The World Wrestling Federation (WWE) and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) are under TKO's banner. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2025.
Horne led 160over90 since it was formed in 2017 and will continue to provide strategic support to the agency.

Sinn, who leads global business development, will take on additional responsibilities in driving collaboration across the agency's core divisions and overseeing the growth of the entertainment marketing division.
Based in Beverly Hills, she will bring her extensive experience from her prior roles at Team One, 72andSunny, and Wieden+Kennedy to her current role.
Meanwhile, New York-based Zambuto will manage global accounts, including experiential, PR, partnerships, social, and creator verticals, as well as lead internal operations.
A long-time member of the organization, Zambuto joined the agency in 1996, working on events and operations for IMG’s tennis business.
Finally, Brown, who has been with the agency since 2006, will step up to be the executive vice president.
As global head of branding, he has played a vital role in growing the branding and institutional marketing practice. In his new role, Brown will oversee branding, creative, video, strategy, and media services.
Overall, the three executives will collectively define the strategic vision for the agency and its clients while strengthening ties with entertainment and talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME), which is also owned by Endeavor.
“We’re honoured to be jointly leading 160over90 into the future. As brands of all sizes and across all industries continue chasing cultural relevancy and resonance, there has never been a more exciting time to create work that puts our clients at the forefront of what’s next,” they said in a joint statement.
This collaborative leadership approach reflects a growing trend in corporate governance, where shared decision-making and diverse perspectives are used to drive innovation and ensure long-term success.
Horne to Lead On Location
Meanwhile, Horne’s move to On Location comes as Endeavor prepares for a transition after its acquisition of On Location.
On Location is known most for its expertise in premium experiences tied to major events, including the Super Bowl, FIFA World Cup 2026, and the Olympics.
This leadership shuffling positions both 160over90 and On Location for continued growth and innovation in their respective fields.
Previously, Horizon Media appointed IBM veteran Bob Lord as its first-ever president to drive global and tech strategies.
