Horizon Media Holdings, the parent company of global marketing agency Horizon Media, has appointed Bob Lord as its first-ever president, a strategic move to strengthen its global operations and integrate advanced technologies.
Lord will oversee the company’s growth and help lead its international strategy.
He most recently served as IBM’s chief digital officer and will return to the marketing world after nearly a decade in the tech industry.
Lord's extensive experience spans leadership roles at IBM, AOL, and Razorfish, where he played key roles in the companies' digital transformation.

The president's appointment comes after Horizon’s significant expansion, following its minority stake sale to Temasek and LionTree in 2021.
In his new role, Lord will oversee Horizon Media Holdings’ global strategy, focusing on integrating technologies such as AI and quantum computing to elevate the company's services.
In a press release, CEO Bill Koenigsberg praised Lord's unique ability to bridge marketing, media, and technology, which is crucial for the company's future growth:
