Stagwell, the marketing challenger network, has announced its acquisition of UNICEPTA, a global media monitoring and analytics platform headquartered in Cologne, Germany.
This move expands Stagwell Marketing Cloud’s PRophet Comms Tech Suite with advanced AI-driven tools for reputation management and campaign tracking, catering to the modern PR and marketing needs of Fortune Global 500 companies.
With a 30-year legacy of data-driven insights, UNICEPTA operates in eight countries across four continents, offering cutting-edge analytics to industry leaders.
This acquisition follows Stagwell’s recent integration of LEADERS and InfluencerMarketing.AI into its PRophet suite, reinforcing its position in the $9 billion comms tech industry.

Stagwell Chairman and CEO Mark Penn said in a press release that UNICEPTA’s tools complement Stagwell’s suite of data-driven solutions:
