Kellanova brand Pringles, in partnership with creative agency FCB New York, is back in the Super Bowl spotlight with a quirky 30-second ad featuring flying mustaches.
Starring Adam Brody, Nick Offerman, James Harden, and Andy Reid, the commercial marks the brand’s eighth consecutive appearance in the Big Game.
The commercial, which will air near the end of the second quarter, follows a lighthearted tradition of mustache-themed humor, building on last year’s ad featuring Chris Pratt.

Michael Aimette, FCB New York’s chief creative officer, shared his excitement about the ad:
“We at FCB were incredibly fortunate to have our cameras ready to capture that heroic, magical migration for the world to witness and delight in — and laugh at.”
Pringles’ creative approach taps into pop culture’s fascination with iconic mustaches as part of its long-running brand strategy to make Mr. P, its mustached mascot, a recognizable symbol in the snack aisle.
Sarah Reinecke, Kellanova U.S. VP of marketing for salty snacking, added that this year, the brand is "harnessing the power of some of the most legendary mustaches in culture to take our crisps to new heights, literally.”
The Call of the Mustaches
The 30-second spot begins with Brody exclaiming, “We’re out of Pringles.”
A mysterious voice whispers, “Just blow in the can.”
When Brody hesitates, the voice encourages him, “Do it." And so he does.

A horn-like sound erupts, and the camera cuts to various men with mustaches — an older man enjoying Pringles outside his house, a coach speaking on live TV, and a basketball player during a game.
The ad even humorously features Mr. Potato Head from "Toy Story," with his mustache falling off.
The mustaches then soar above the clouds and enter a grocery store, where they attach themselves to Pringles cans before flying off.
The mustaches continue their journey until they crash into a window, where Brody is standing, causing the Pringles to fall.
The ad ends with Brody casually stating, “I’m just going to the store.”
An extended version reveals the mustaches causing chaos as they fly, even attacking cops parked in a police car, disrupting customers at a bar, and going after an elderly couple who spots them.
This Big Game spot is another bold move to keep the brand top-of-mind for consumers, highlighting the brand’s continued commitment to playful and memorable marketing.
As the Super Bowl ad space breaks records, Pringles is proving once again that humor and creativity are key to winning over audiences.
Meanwhile, other snack brands are also making noise ahead of Game Day with their own bold campaigns.
Potato chip brand Lay's is set to introduce its Canadian All-Dressed Potato Chips flavor to the U.S. market during the Super Bowl.
