Gourmet burger chain Red Robin is putting love on the menu this Valentine's Day, with a timely and "engaging" promotional offer.
The brand is inviting couples to propose using one of its signature golden onion rings for a chance to win a diamond engagement ring of their choice, worth up to $10,000.
The winning couple will also enjoy free servings of Towering Onion Rings for the duration of their engagement.

In a press release, Red Robin President and CEO GJ Hart highlighted how the brand's fan-favorite onion rings inspired the idea:
"With many couples choosing to select their engagement rings together, what better way to say, 'I do' than with an onion ring, followed by the excitement of picking out your forever ring together?"
From February 13-19, couples who pop the question at a Red Robin location using an onion ring can submit a video or photo of their proposal, along with their love story, to the brand's website.
One winner will be selected and notified via email by March 21.
Valentine's Day advertising presents a prime opportunity for brands to engage consumers and drive loyalty through creative and emotionally driven campaigns.
A Sweetheart Deal
Red Robin is also offering all guests a Valentine’s dining experience with its Lovebird Combo.
Available for dine-in from February 13-16, the meal includes two select Gourmet Burgers, two bottomless sides, and a slice of Lemon Cream Layer Cake to share for $34.99.

To make the celebration even sweeter, guests can sip on the limited-edition Lovebird Margarita for $7.99.
Whether celebrating with a valentine, a galentine, or a best friend, the Lovebird Combo is the perfect way to enjoy the holiday.
Last week, White Castle launched its own Valentine's Day promotion by bringing back its "Love Kit."
