Voodoo Ranger has launched the latest in its series of animated ads, “Not Your Grandma’s Tea.”
Made in collaboration with creative agency Good Conduct, the IPA brand’s electrifying ad features two tough grandmas going head-to-head in an arm-wrestling match.
The spot shakes up the idea of what drinking tea should be like, kicking things up to the extreme.
"Voodoo Ranger Hardcharged Tea isn’t your grandma’s tea… Unless your grandma is a world-class arm-wrestling champ with 22-inch biceps," a narrator cheekily says.

The ad is illustrated in the brand's signature colorful art style and features its skeleton mascot, who appears on nearly all of Voodoo Ranger's material.
Released on Memorial Day weekend, the campaign will run through summer and fall with other brand activations.
High Tea Gets Crazy
One of the campaign's events recently took place in SoHo, New York, when Good Conduct invited guests for an afternoon of classic high tea that took a different turn.
At Chez Vaudou, guests’ first impressions were shattered as waiters served safety goggles, hammers, crowbars, and baseball bats instead of tea and pastries.
Invitees were then invited to let loose and destroy teacups and dishes to some music played by a live heavy metal guitarist.
"Tea is something with rich traditions and proper etiquette," ECD and Founder of Good Conduct Rob Lewis said in a statement.
"We wanted to smash all of those snobby tropes. So, that’s literally what we did," he concluded.
Voodoo Ranger is no stranger to wild antics. In 2022, the brand released a prank announcement that they were building Voodoo Ranger IPA Action Park, an amusement park in Napa Valley.
The brand first launched Hardcharged Tea in 2023, and it's is now available across the U.S. in Lemon, Peach, Half & Half, and Razz Pop.
