UFC has launched a short film in celebration of the Mexican fighters all over the world of sport.
The immersive video was made for Riyadh Season Noche UFC's (also known as UFC 306) event commemorating Mexican Independence Day.
"In the Beginning - Chapter One" debuted on the night of September 15 at the Sphere Las Vegas, where the event officially kicked off.
As its title suggests, the visual spot takes viewers through an intergalactic journey at the beginning of time, with a spotlight on Mexicans as legendary warriors pioneering the sport of hand-to-hand combat.
It was screened on the popular events place's 160,000 square foot LED screen, gracing viewers on fight night.

"In the Beginning - Chapter One" is directed by Brian Tang and Joe Sill, co-founder of the award-winning virtual production company Impossible Objects.
“This film was an incredible collaborative opportunity to merge the richness of Mexico’s culture, UFC’s history, and Impossible Object’s love of world building into one unprecedented experience.
Seeing this work play out inside the epic Sphere canvas is a breathtaking view into what the future of storytelling may hold and we are thrilled to be a part of it," Sill shared in a statement.
Truly, having an ad aired on one of the biggest screens and inside one of the largest events places in the world is a marketing feat in itself.
But to create a highly immersive film that captures the spirit of Mexican culture and the sport of combat is another feat.
Through the breathtaking film, the UFC manages to keep its fans engaged with a great piece of brand storytelling to celebrate Mexican Independence Day.
This Is Noche UFC
The 90-second video kickstarts with vibrant Aztec patterns gracing the Sphere's LED screen.
Viewers are then taken to outer space, where asteroid formations show sculptures of fighters.
"From the beginning of time, our world has been shaped by fighting. Hand-to-hand combat is the genesis of sport. Primal competition with universal appeal," the narrator shares.

"Every corner of the globe has fighting traditions and heroes. But no culture embodies the fighting spirit more than Mexico," he continues as gargantuan statues of Mexican fighters stand on space dust.
A golden eagle with a serpent then emerges from the ashes, embodying the fighting spirit of the country symbolized on its flag.
"This is Noche UFC," the narrator says as the spot ends.
Previously, UFC and ESPN launched a spot from agency Arts & Letters that celebrates the art of combat.
