Tarte and Dunkin’ Join Forces for a Lip-Smacking “Guava Girl Summer” Drop

Tarte and Dunkin’ are bringing flavor to your face this summer.

The donut and makeup brand have launched a limited-edition lip collection inspired by Dunkin’ Refreshers.

Dubbed the “Guava Girl Summer” drop, the collab pairs Tarte’s best-selling maracuja juicy lip formulas with the fruity, colorful energy of Dunkin’s summer drinks.

At the center of the collection are three products designed to shine:

• A transfer-proof lip tint in two guava-inspired shades (Lolli and Ice Pop)
• A high-shine shimmer plumper in Rosy Mauve, 
• A balm-meets-mask lip melt in Icing

Each product comes topped with a collectible Tarte x Dunkin’ cap and is paired with miniature keychain charms in the shape of donuts or Dunkin’ cups.

The full collection goes live June 16 on Tarte’s website, with a wider rollout on Ulta.com by June 22 and Ulta Beauty stores by June 29. All items retail at $27 each.

On the Road and Online

To support the launch, Tarte and Dunkin’ are going cross-country with a series of #trippinwithtarte VIP events.

Kicking off in New York City on June 24, the roadshow will make stops in Miami, Nashville, Dallas, and Los Angeles, offering giveaways and exclusive access to lucky fans.

Meanwhile, TikTok shoppers can snag limited-edition bundles starting June 16 under a buy-one-get-one-free deal.

The $27 sets include pairs of lip tints, plumpers, and masks, with themed keychains included in each bundle.

For Dunkin’ fans, the beverage brand is also refreshing its own offerings, including the debut of the "Pink Spritz".

The drink, made of guava, orange, and passionfruit, will launch alongside fan-favorite flavors like "Tropical Guava" and "Mango Pineapple."

Each drink is customizable with a choice of six liquid bases, from Green Tea to Sparkling Water.

I think what makes this brand partnership stand out is how both brands kept the experience tactile.

From the charm-topped caps to the scented lip tints and bundled TikTok offers, it's a collab that no one expects, but everyone wants. 

It’s a strong example of how partnerships that prioritize product design as part of brand identity (and not just the packaging) can drive desire, especially when tied to the summer season.
