Sprite Limelight unveiled the trailer for its third season earlier this week, returning with a diverse new roster of international artists.
The campaign's biggest release to date includes brand new tracks and video features from rising stars, including:
- Young Miko (Puerto Rico)
- Blxckie (South Africa)
- Fireboy DML (Nigeria)
- XAMÃ (Brazil)
- Lay Zhang (China)
- Doechii (United States)
- Mahalia (Great Britain)
Emphasizing how music can tell personal stories, it aims to show how the artists stay cool and calm amidst the stresses of daily life.
Using their own unique style, each artist put a spin on a core hook written by Grammy-nominated DJ and producer duo Take A Daytrip.
"For this season of the Sprite Limelight series, we got to travel to different countries, explore different cultures, connect with artists to learn about their journeys, and craft a hook that inspired each artist to explore their stories and pathways towards full self-expression," Take A Daytrip member David Biral said in a statement.
This resulted in a set of tracks spanning a wide range of genres, including afrobeat, hip-hop, and R&B.
One of the campaign's highlights is Soundlabs, an AI-powered music remixing tool that can be accessed within the main Coca-Cola app.
Fans can scan QR codes found on limited-edition Sprite cans designed by Zimbabwean artist Sindiso Nyoni, also known as R!OT, to create and share music using the Take A Daytrip-written hook.
Notably, Sprite previously collaborated with Nyoni on a bottle design depicting Cassper Nyovest in 2023.

The campaign also includes festival activations, artist-curated Spotify playlists, digital and physical ads, exclusive merch, and in-store promos.
In line with this, Sprite Limelight partnered with the BET Awards earlier this week to bring Doechii to the stage, where she performed her new song "Rocket."
Additionally, Sprite will release a special music video in collaboration with Young Miko that explores the origins of the Latin American rapper's hit song, "Rookie of the Year."
The artist will perform the song on her upcoming tour, which will be sponsored by the campaign.
Real Artists, Real Stories
Debuting in 2022, Sprite Limelight began as a music-based extension of Heat Happens, the soda giant's first ever global brand platform.
Its first season featured tracks created with a hook by Grammy-winning producer James Blake.
Coi Leray (U.S.), pop-rock singer Hua Chenyu (China), and singer-songwriter Omah Lay (Africa) all participated in this first iteration.
Josh Burke, Global Head of Music and Culture Marketing at The Coca‑Cola Company, described the campaign as a way to connect emerging artists with a Gen Z audience through relatable stories of cooling down the "heat in their lives."
He went on to highlight the campaign's aim of deviating from the standard music and brand partnership, focusing on authenticity all the way.
