Aviation Gin is ringing in the holidays with a brand new ad titled "Frosty Gin is So Hot" starring former co-owner Ryan Reynolds.
Led by the "Free Guy" star's production company, Maximum Effort, the spot is a tongue-in-cheek parody of the recently-released Netflix film "Hot Frosty," which also features the trope of an attractive snowman that comes to life.

Famously known for his shameless self-promotional antics, Reynolds lends his voice to a motionless snowman holding a bottle of Aviation Gin.
Leveraging frequent appearances and his signature humor, Reynolds has helped elevate Aviation Gin into a standout player in the spirits industry, showcasing how a well-crafted personal brand can drive business success.
It's a testament to the star's advertising prowess and solid brand marketing strategy.
Hot and Cold
A short spot opens with a shot of a snowman that looks like a familiar Canadian actor, complete with a chiseled body.
Holding a bottle of Aviation Gin, Reynolds talks about how the holidays can be a lonely time, even for snowmen.
A woman in a scarf approaches the snowman, who is hopeful that the season can bring together two wayward souls in search of companionship.
The woman then removes her scarf, making a move to wrap it around snow-Ryan in a show of holiday cheer.

As Reynolds continues his spiel, the woman uses her scarf to pry the bottle of gin out of his hands, breaking off his arm entirely.
Ending with a hilarious twist, the ad closes out as Reynolds curses and screams in pain.
This spot continues the actor's long history of appearances in commercials for brands he is associated with.
Back in June, he utilized a Father's Day ad to promote his then-upcoming film "Deadpool & Wolverine."
Later in September, Reynolds and Aviation kicked off Negroni Week in a campaign with a scarecrow named Tony O'Groni.
