Sporting goods company Merrell is teaming up with off-road auto company Jeep once again for a second footwear collaboration, bringing together two titans of the outdoors.
Inspired by Merrell's latest innovations as well as the hybrid 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe, the new collection is a testament to both brands' admiration for the great outdoors.
The Merrell x Jeep Moab Speed 2 will come in four variants inspired by popular Jeep colorways: High Velocity, Tuscadero Pink, Bright White, and Black.
The unisex shoes also feature design cues taken from Jeep vehicles:
- Automotive-inspired metallic uppers
- Radiator grill-like mesh underlays
- Seatbelt-inspired webbing
- Durable hardware
- Electric blue trim inspired by Jeep 4xe, representing sustainability

As one of Merrell's latest models, the hiking shoewear boasts new innovations that build off of previous iterations of the Moab.
The FloatPro Foam midsole offers premium comfort, while its recyclable mesh lining, laces, and webbing are engineered for enhanced breathability.
According to Kim Adams House, director of licensing and merchandise for Jeep's parent company Stellantis, the partnership continues last year's successful collaboration between the two brands.
"We're proud to see the bold colors of the Jeep brand and our 4xe technology brought to life in a new future for adventure," she concluded.
The collection is slated for release on November 12 and will be sold at key retailers, including Zappos (U.S.A.) and Sports Experts (Canada).
Merrell and Jeep's latest collaboration is a savvy move that taps into the booming shoe market and the brands' shared fanbase, presenting a great example of a brand partnership that propels both companies to new heights.
A Celebration of The Great Outdoors
As a part of the campaign, Merrell and Jeep will be putting the Moab Speed 2 and the Wrangler 4xe to the test on a road trip from Marquette, Michigan to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Joining the adventure from Rapid City, South Dakota, content creators Colleen Logan and Matthew Chung are set to engage followers on Instagram with exciting giveaways throughout the journey.

Outdoor enthusiasts can gear up for more excitement from Merrell and Jeep, who show no signs of stopping yet.
Last month, Ford launched its own outdoorsy campaign helmed by Wieden+Kennedy, by sending fans on a hunt to find the mythical Sasquatch.
