To mark Whataburger's 75th-anniversary celebration, the fast food chain tapped Grammy-winning country music singer Lainey Wilson as its official brand ambassador, bringing her signature "Bell Bottom Country" style to the burger chain.
The year-long collaboration comprises a new campaign that spotlights the ACM and CMA Entertainer of the Year's special connection with Whataburger, inspired by her small-town beginnings and Southern charm.
As a neighborly treat, fans can rush to the brand's nearest participating locations on Tuesday, January 28 from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., to grab a free Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit (Wilson's favorite post-show snack).

In a press release, the artist shared her love for the iconic menu item:
"I've been rolling through Whataburger drive-thrus since I was just a small-town girl in Louisiana with big dreams.
From grabbing Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits with my daddy between horse sales and rodeos to late-night stops on the road playing honky-tonks — Whataburger's been part of my story every step of the way."
Meanwhile, Whataburger President and CEO Debbie Stroud highlighted how Wilson embodies the brand's commitment to delivering genuine, unforgettable experiences, uniting "two brands committed to serving up Goodness 24/7 with a side of Texas hospitality."
The special deal is available through in-store and drive-thru, while supplies last.
Whataburger kicked off its massive anniversary campaign earlier this month by opening the "WhataVault" to bring back classic menu items.
Running across the entirety of 2025, the all-out brand marketing strategy is designed to position Whataburger at the center of culture all year round.
And with Wilson now on board, Whataburger is set to amplify excitement among fans, elevate its brand awareness, and expand its reach to new audiences.
Hang Tight, Honey
In addition to the giveaway, Whataburger announced that Wilson will appear in exclusive content, special offers, and surprise appearances throughout the year.
Earlier this week, she also starred in a short spot posted on the brand's social media channels.

In her signature cowboy hat, she announces Whataburger's new promotion with a humorously deadpan tone, even asking someone offscreen if she's allowed to do that.
The ad fittingly ends with one of the artist's new tracks, "Hang Tight Honey," from her latest album "Whirlwind."
Last November, Wilson also made a special appearance at The Salvation Army's Red Kettle Kickoff.
