Toy giant Hasbro has unveiled its latest effort to add three of the brand's most iconic games to Fortnite.
A joint venture with pioneering UGC (user-generated creation) game studio and publisher Look North World, the partnership will bring Clue, Guess Who, and Connect Four to Fortnite's platform, which has over 230 million active players as of 2024.
Hasbro launched a reimagined version of Clue titled "Murder Mystery: Clue" on October 4, which incorporates Clue themes into a round-based murder mystery game.

The game allows players to vote on different maps and assigns them hidden roles with specific win conditions, such as Detective, Guest, or Killer.
With this highly replayable experience, the adaptation repositions Clue to resonate with a modern audience.
Unreal Engine for Fortnite: Guess Who is coming in late October and Connect Four in December.

According to a statement from Eugene Evans, SVP of digital strategy and licensing at Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro, modernizing classic games requires the help of a studio like Look North World that understands the essence of each game.
This new initiative follows a recent trend of reviving classic properties by bringing them to a new platform to reach a wider audience.
By launching on Fortnite, Hasbro leverages experiential marketing to give existing fans of Fortnite and Clue a new way to play, increasing awareness and interest in the board game.
Reinventing a Game
Look North World CEO and Founder Alex Seropian spoke about the developer's acute cultural sensibility, highlighting the power of UGC.
Seropian is a founding member of the iconic video game studio Bungie, best known for creating the best-selling Destiny and Halo franchises.
Under his lead, Look North World has published five games on Unreal Engine for Fortnite (UEFN) and two Premium Mods for ARK: Survival Ascended.

The company's newest Creator Label program was established to support independent makers, enabling them to build and distribute high-quality UGC experiences.
with its vast player base, Fortnite has become one of the most popular platforms for brand collaborations.
Earlier this week, Fortnite saw the launch of a new collaboration with NBA superstar Shaquille O'Neal.
