Bed retailer Dreams just released a new spot, its second commercial with actress Gillian Anderson, launching its position as the Official Sleep Partner of Team GB and ParalympicsGB.
In the 30-second spot, the "Sex Education" star is accompanied by Team GB Olympians and Paralympians — although they didn't do much; they just slept the entire time.

We then see two-time Olympic gold medalist Tom Dean sound asleep on the bed beside her.

Anderson addresses the camera directly, adding a personal touch to the cozy atmosphere.
"This bed is gonna help [Tom Dean] be at his best for his next race day. In fact, the whole team [GB] could benefit from a sleep on a Dreams mattress."
Each Olympian is then shown sleeping on their own Dreams mattress as Anderson walks through the hallway, even playfully taking a selfie with one, and discusses the benefits of purchasing a Dreams mattress amid snores.
The spot ends with Anderson telling viewers to "drop in, lie down, and chat with one of their bed experts."
Anderson's Partnership with Dreams
The "Want: Sexual Fantasies by Anonymous" author's previous spot for Dreams features her surrounded by white mattresses, as she speaks to the camera in a soothing voice.
The mattress company has established something of a theme with the two commercials, characterized by deep purple hues and gentle tones that make for a calm atmosphere.
Two weeks ago, the brand launched its newest product, sleep pods, in partnership with Team GB.
Sleep pods will be available during the Olympics to both athletes and staff members at the team's Performance Lodge in Clichy, Paris through the "Dreams Sleep Retreat" initiative.
The 2024 Paris Olympics is set to commence on July 26 and will run until August 11.
