His appointment, effective July 21, was announced in a company press release, and follows an extensive track record of creative and strategic leadership across top-tier agencies.
Reflecting on his new role, Grossman acknowledged the legacy he’s stepping into and the opportunity ahead.
"Taking the reins of one of the world's most storied agencies - founded by entrepreneurial immigrants in their twenties who believed they could do better — is both humbling and energizing,"
"I'm excited to write the next chapter of this legendary agency.”
Grossman most recently served as President and Chief Strategy Officer at Doner and Doner Partners Network.
His earlier roles at FCB and Jack Morton helped establish his reputation for leading integrated marketing efforts with measurable results.

These include Grand Prix honors, Gold Lions, and Gold Effies for work with brands such as Google, Johnson & Johnson, AB InBev, and Stellantis.

Our Take: Is This the Right Leader for Saatchi New York?
Yes, and I think it’s a smart call.
Grossman has the mix of experience and results that Saatchi needs right now.
He’s led multi-disciplinary teams, delivered measurable growth, and built trust with some of the most demanding global brands.
In a market where client expectations keep rising and pitches are won on both creativity and clarity, that kind of track record matters.
From my perspective, this isn’t just a title upgrade.
It’s a sign that Saatchi wants someone who can push for progress without losing sight of what clients actually need: ideas that work and teams that deliver.
Saatchi & Saatchi’s creative influence is already on display in its recent Toyota and Superman campaign featured on DesignRush.
