Pop superstar Sabrina Carpenter keeps on giving as she teams up with streaming giant Netflix to unveil an upcoming Christmas special filled to the brim with special guests.
Announced earlier this week, "A Nonsense Christmas" will see the singer perform songs from her new holiday EP "fruitcake," along with covers of classic holiday songs.
It will be produced by Carpenter herself, alongside OBB Pictures under the star's At Last Productions banner.
Another highlight of the holiday variety music special will be its large roster of guest artists, with Carpenter performing duets with Kali Uchis, Tyla, Shania Twain, and Chappell Roan.

Additionally, the special will feature special appearances from Cara Delevingne, Sean Astin, Nico Hiraga, Kyle Mooney, Quinta Brunson, Megan Stalter, Owen Thiele, and Jillian Bell.
In a press release, Carpenter shared how special the holidays are to her and how thrilled she is to work on the Christmas special:
"I am excited to bring my take to a classic holiday variety show — infusing my love of music and comedy to make something that is uniquely me."
Carpenter's star has shone brightly this year. The artist is currently in the middle of her U.S. tour for her sixth album, "Short n' Sweet," which debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200 earlier this year.

With 42.3 million followers on Instagram alone, Carpenter is perhaps one of this year's biggest influencers, attracting a significant amount of attention to each project she works on.
By launching a collaborative Christmas special, Netflix is maximizing influencer partnerships to reach a larger audience this holiday season.
"A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter" will stream exclusively on Netflix starting December 6 at 6 p.m. PST or 9 p.m. EST.
Working Late This Christmas
The 90-second trailer for the special opens with one of Carpenter's signature cheeky lines, "Guess Who is Coming... To Netflix," as she walks onscreen in a fabulous Santa Claus-inspired getup.
A montage of clips from the special features a range of glamorous outfits and elaborate set pieces, with sneak peeks of some of the guest stars.

Clips of Carpenter sitting on Santa's lap and singing atop a giant cake-shaped stage give audiences a look into the special's programming, which will undoubtedly include tons of antics and surprise twists.
The spot ends with a hilarious clip of Santa Claus singing an iconic "Espresso" line to himself with slightly different lyrics.
Just last week, Carpenter teamed up with Absolut and Kahlúa to launch a collaborative cocktail kit.
