As part of its new partnership with American actress Zendaya, sports brand On has launched a new short film that sees the "Challengers" star facing off against one of tennis's greats, Roger Federer.
The one-minute short film simply titled "Roger vs Zendaya" kickstarts with the actress walking into an On store to shop for some shoes.

Zendaya sees Federer from her peripheral doing the same thing, and tension begins to rise as they both remove their shades. Then, she challenges the former number one in Singles to a game of "air tennis" at 3 pm, slipping him a cloth filled with the details.
"Roger v.s. Zendaya, air tennis," the chair umpire declares. The two shake hands and go to the corners of the court, battling it out — but unlike actual tennis, their game requires no tennis ball.
After a series of stylistic action shots, the two reach a match point, as On's slogan "Dream On" graces the screen.
Surely, the brand's decision to release a tennis-themed spot following the huge success of Luca Guadagnino's "Challengers" would catch the attention of both sports and film fans — making it a fine example of moment marketing.
Not only that but getting an iconic tennis figure like Federer to face off against a charismatic actress like Zendaya positions On as a stylish and playful brand that would resonate with many.

Zendaya Is The Newest Face of On
The latest campaign from the sportswear brand follows its newly signed deal with Zendaya, which the two inked earlier in June.
Her introduction as an official brand partner was cemented by a short film On had launched, which featured artistic imagery and well-choreographed sequences.
Apart from an epic face-off with Federer, their multi-year partnership will see the star involved in the brand's product development, marketing, and several other creative campaigns.
"It's no secret that I've been a big fan of On for a long time. I'm always wearing them on set, or when I'm traveling, rehearsing, or running around with my dog. So it's a full-circle moment to make this partnership official," the actress shared.
Previously, On has also teamed up with several prominent figures in both the sports and entertainment industries, including FKA Twigs, tennis player João Fonseca, and Federer, who is also an investor and partner of the brand.
