Macy’s continued focus on personalized shopping experiences is part of a broader trend in retail, where brands are prioritizing curated and unique offerings for major holidays like Valentine’s Day.
The campaign also reflects a growing collaboration between influencers and established retailers to drive engagement and sales.
Alongside the campaign, Macy's will host in-store events and promotions leading up to V-Day to help customers find the perfect gift for their special someone.
A Heartfelt Gift for Every Love Story
Macy's kicks off its 30-second spot with Brie asking, "Don't you just love Valentine's Day? Don't you just love 'love'?"
She and Bush continue by highlighting how Macy's has the perfect gift for every kind of love — whether it's puppy love, true love, or those butterflies-in-your-stomach moments, and much more.
The ad wraps up with Brie inviting viewers to let Macy's be their "guide to gifting" this Valentine’s Day.
