World-famous chocolate brand M&M'S is taking the fashion world by storm, teaming up with kate spade new york to create a candy-themed capsule collection.
Initially teased on social media earlier this week, the new release gives the already-colorful designer brand an even sweeter edge.
The capsule collection includes a wide range of accessories and bespoke leather goods:

In a press release, M&M'S Global General Manager Jane Hwang highlighted how the collaboration is in line with the chocolate brand's history of creating fun moments that bring people together:

According to her, the collaboration unites two perfectly complementary brands just in time for the holiday season.

A Candy-Colored Collab
Playing to the brand's strengths, kate spade new york is best known for creating fun accessories with unique shapes and splashes of color.
Charlotte Warshaw, VP of Americas Wholesale, Global Licensing & Collaborations at kate spade new york added that the brand's roots lie in bringing joy through personal style.
"This iconic collaboration with M&M'S delivers just that and does so in a way that puts front-and-center our Gen Z customer," she concluded.
Launching on November 1, the collection will be available at select M&M's and kate spade new york stores, department stores, and each brand's respective web stores.
The Mars-owned chocolate brand isn't the first food item to collaborate with Kate Spade. Back in June, the fashion house released a delicious ketchup-inspired capsule collection with Heinz.
Meanwhile, earlier this year, M&M's launched a star-studded commercial that teased the brand's highly anticipated Super Bowl ad.
