Amazon Prime Shows How It Can Inspire In Two New Spots

Amazon Prime is showing viewers how its streaming series can be a source of inspiration in two of its latest spots. 

The first short film entitled "Concrete Jungle" follows a woman who moves into a new city. Far away from her loved ones, she develops a newfound passion: gardening. 

After watching an episode from the Amazon Original "Good Omens," she begins to transform her apartment into a green haven, buying gardening supplies such as pots and spray bottles from Prime.

In the process of filling the corners of her room with plants and flora, she watches gardening tutorial videos on Prime Video to guide her. The one-minute spot ends with the woman staring out her balcony, as she is surrounded by greenery. 

In the second spot titled "Double Shot Dad," viewers are introduced to a man taking care of his child, visibly tired and lacking sleep. As he watches an episode from "The Boys," an Amazon Original, he finds inspiration to become a superdad to his baby. 

He scours the Prime app for coffee-making tools such as a new beans, an espresso machine, and more to help him stay up and alert to better care for his child while his wife tends to her duties. 

With better coffee as his source of energy, the dad is now well-equipped to take on his duties as a father. 

Directed by Michael Spiccia through the production company MJZ, the two short films come as part of a larger campaign that houses a series of digita, social, and out-of-home efforts. These include banners featuring pop star Dua Lipa, singer Peso Pluma, and television series "Daisy Jones & the Six."
