Digital platform Toast has paired up with "The Bear" star, chef, and restaurateur Matty Matheson to feature in a short film celebrating stellar restaurant hospitality.
Made together with advertising agency Arnold Worldwide, "One of Those Nights" highlights how Toast's sales and management system can keep a restaurant afloat, even on its busiest day.
As a platform that knows the ins and outs of restaurant management, Toast can help any business operate smoothly while ensuring customers are happy — no matter how particular or absurd their demands are.
The new spot comes as part of the brand and agency's "It's the Little Things" campaign, which seeks to tout Toast's technology by putting it to the test with customers' very specific and very weird requests.

Apart from the short film, Toast has also launched another spot titled "Risotto Bros," where Matheson and his "The Bear" co-star Ricky Staffieri enjoy their risotto served on a dual plate.
The latest initiative from the brand and agency utilizes celebrity and influencer marketing to drive interest in their product.
And Matheson, as both a renowned actor and restaurateur, was the perfect star to bring light to Toast's technology.
Partnering with a reputable ad agency like Arnold helps brands execute these campaigns with finesse and effectivity.
A Restaurant's Nightmare
The three-minute film starts off at esteemed New York City restaurant Marea as they go about their dinner service.
Here, the restaurant staff comes across a wide variety of customers, from "Level 5 vegans" and free-range pescatarians to Matheson.
One even claims to be on a "homo-erectus diet," which he describes to be similar to a "paleo diet, but earlier... like Pangaea."
Another customer orders 12 oysters, however, asks the waiter if they can be served without the shell.
The night gets even more and more hectic, with requests becoming more and more absurd.

A foodie influencer then asks the waiter for the "sexiest meat" to which he replies "scallops" for their natural elegance.
Despite all the commotion, the Marea team stays composed and organized, thanks to Toast's technology.
Matheson then enters the kitchen, surprising the chefs, intruding in their space by checking on the refrigerators and taking reign over the stoves, while the staff members remain calm.
"Success isn't built on one thing. It's a thousand little things. Manage them all with tech that knows restaurants," Matheson narrates.
The spot ends with the actor cheering the Marea staff on, as everyone gives them a round of applause.
Recently, Arnold and Progressive Insurance brought back Dr. Rick for a new campaign, hilariously helping new homeowners not turn into their parents.
