“Businesses should measure the results of their marketing campaigns by setting clear, measurable goals and KPIs.

Utilizing advanced analytics tools to track metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and ROI is essential.

Additionally, implementing A/B testing for different strategies and using customer feedback to refine and optimize campaigns can provide deeper insights into what works best,” she adds.

Reflecting on Reckless Projects' successful techniques when pitching to local brands, Chantelle says that the most effective strategy has been relying on word-of-mouth referrals.

“This approach emphasizes the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients, which naturally leads to new inquiries,” she notes.
