Real estate platform Opendoor is challenging the notion that winter is an off-season for home transactions with its new holiday-themed ad.
Part of its “Reasons to Move” campaign, "Bright Lights" humorously depicts how even a neighbor’s over-the-top Christmas lights can be reason enough to sell your home using Opendoor’s seamless process.
The holiday commercial was directed by Emmy-winning duo Sean and Ryan McIlraith, produced by Eva Nosidam Productions, and led by global creative marketing agency VaynerMedia.

Opendoor CMO David Corns said the campaign underscores the platform's mission to simplify home selling for everyone, even during "an untraditional time of the year."
Corns also told DesignRush that Opendoor views social media as a "powerful insights engine:"
