McDonald's has teamed up with next-gen art and entertainment studio Doodles for an exciting new holiday cup design.
"Good Mornin'," as its title suggests, is a celebration of the greeting and the joy daily coffee moments bring.
In this campaign, every hot McCafé Coffee purchase will come with a limited-edition Doodles holiday cup, giving each customer a unique digital "pack ripping" experience and a chance to unlock a variety of collectibles, including:
- Character accessories
- Digital wearables
- Doodle avatars
- Special access to Doodles animated works in Stoodio

Apart from the collectibles, the latest initiative from the brand and the studio will also include an exclusive merchandise drop featuring collaborative apparel pieces and accessories "that blend McDonald's beloved characters with Doodles' signature artistic style."
The campaign officially rolls out today, November 18.
To bring on the jolly morning mood, the campaign will also come with a special track from artist Marley Bleu titled after the campaign, to be released in early December.
Notably, the song will be produced by legendary artist and former McDonald's crew member Pharrell Williams and takes inspiration from the booming meme culture.

The latest campaign from the fast-food chain and Williams' NFT brand aims to add a touch of whimsy to elevate the morning experience of early risers getting their coffee fix.
Doodles CEO Julian Holguin shared his thoughts behind the campaign, saying that "when you think about beloved brands that bring people together, McDonald's immediately comes to mind."
"This partnership spans music, animation, collecting culture, and online communities. It is a natural evolution of McDonald’s rich tradition of creator and brand collaborations.
We’re excited to bring a fun experience to our community, to introduce millions of fans to Doodles and spread some joy with morning coffee this holiday season," Holquin continued.
This is the biggest partnership Web3 has ever seen.

McDonald's USA Customer Experience Officer Tariq Hassan also said that while coffee may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of McDonald's, it's an integral part of its dining experience.
By teaming up with Doodles to add a positive spin to people's mornings, McDonald's brand marketing strategy is a reminder to everyone that the fast-food giant continues to innovate and elevate the customer experience.
Meanwhile, coffee giant Starbucks recently launched its holiday menu and cups amid app technical difficulties.
