Pet insurance company ManyPets just launched an ad campaign that spotlights the special bond between pets and their loving fur parents.
Directed and produced by Marc Connell and Alex Doe of ManyPets, the campaign is marked by a short spot inspired by real-life stories of ManyPets customers.
Here, they showcase the joys of caring for a pet, and how having them insured with ManyPets can be an act of love.
Apart from insurance, the spot also touts the everyday benefits that ManyPets' services offer, including video vet advice, discounts on pet food, and guides for taking your dog out.
All in all, the campaign from the award-winning company retains the essence of its overall brand message: "Here if you need us, here if you don't."
ManyPets VP of Brand Ryan Wheaton shared his thoughts on the campaign: "At ManyPets, we've always been dedicated to supporting the relationship between pets and pet parents."
"This new campaign delves deeper, illustrating how our pet lives evolve and highlighting the moments that really matter," he added.
ManyPets interim CMO Kate McCutchen reinforced this idea, saying the brand is on a mission to highlight its leading proposition, which is to provide insurance products and everyday perks that help pets live the best life possible.
With a message that would resonate with a lot of pet owners, the latest campaign from ManyPets is a great example of how to build emotional engagement with its audience through effective brand storytelling.
Meet Ziggy
The 30-second spot kickstarts by introducing us to the puppy Ziggy, a golden retriever and ManyPets customer.
Viewers then get to witness Ziggy grow over time through a montage of heartwarming images, all as ManyPets touts the numerous benefits of its service:
- Free online first aid course
- 24/7 emergency video vet calls
- Multiple claims
- Up to 30% off on pet food
The spot ends with the golden boy smiling at the camera as lounges on his dad's lap.
"Here if you need us, here if you don't," the screen writes, closing the advert.

ManyPets also just launched an Instagram contest in the U.K.
All fur parents need to do is share a precious photo of their babies, caption it with why it's a special moment, use the hashtag #ManyMoments, and tag @manypets_uk.
They get a chance to win a Fujifilm Instax Mini 40 camera and £150 cash.
Previously, pet retailer Chewy launched a new campaign celebrating furry friends with unique names.
