Corona is taking Holywood star Pedro Pascal through an exciting journey to the beach in its new "La Vida Más Fina" campaign.
Titled "One Man's Journey," a 60-second spot kicks off with the "Last of Us" star ordering a bottle of Corona by the bar.
He reads the brand's tagline from the bottle, "La Cerveza Más Fina" (the finest beer), before sand begins to fall from the ceiling, forming a trail.
Suspicious of it, Pascal begins to follow the line of sand outside the bar and into the busy streets.
The trail then leads him to houses, restaurants, and clothing racks from side shops, before it stops by a thick shade of greenery.
The actor then looks through the other side and is greeted by beautiful sand, with a lone Corona bottle sitting on top of a table.
An excerpt from the narrator perfectly captures the brand's message, saying "To truly embrace the fine life, you must learn to let go. Only then will you find that even if you leave the beach, it never leaves you."
The spot ends with Pascal basking in the sunset with a beer in his hand.
Back to Its Latino Roots
Made together with MullenLowe, the latest campaign from the brand comes just in time for the "Corona season."
It celebrates its Latino roots through the help of an award-winning actor like Pascal, who isn't just Hispanic, but also someone who perfectly embodies the campaign's core theme.
"Working with Corona is a reminder to sit back, let go, and appreciate the moment, and I couldn’t be more proud to help define the next chapter of La Vida Más Fina," the SAG Award-winning actor said.
Meanwhile, Constellation Brands CMO Matt Lindsay expressed the company's belief that Corona symbolizes the optimistic feeling of being on the beach, no matter where they enjoy the bottle of beer.
"Partnering with a talent like Pedro has added a new dimension to our ‘La Vida Más Fina’ campaign, marking an evolution in tone and bringing a fresh perspective that we hope will inspire people to let go of the stresses of modern life," he concluded.
The recent work marks the fourth iteration of Pascal's campaign with the brand since he was officially inducted as an ambassador last March.
Previously, Snoop Dogg held the role of brand ambassador, taking part in several marketing initiatives in recent years.
